The Forbes Industries 5200-8-H1 Induction Hot Food Serving Counter is an 8 ft. rectangular table designed for efficient food service. It features a central holding and warming induction unit, ensuring optimal temperature maintenance for your dishes. The elegant wood veneer finish is complemented by a Trend glass/stone countertop and solid wood molding, providing a sophisticated look. This unit includes an open cabinet with a bottom shelf for convenient storage and tapered corner supports for stability. The induction unit is equipped with SmartScan® technology and a 5mm thick tempered glass cook-top, delivering 650 watts of heating power. It offers 20 hold settings ranging from 90° to 440°F, allowing precise temperature control. The LED power and temperature display, along with a knob-set thermostat control, ensures easy operation. The touch-sensitive control box features a stainless steel frame and an on/off touchpad with an indicator light for added convenience. Safety features include over/under voltage protection. The unit is mobile, supported by 5" grey wheels, and meets FCC, cETL, ETL-Sanitation, and NSF standards for quality and safety.
