The induction unit is equipped with SmartScan® technology and a 5mm thick tempered glass cook-top, delivering 650 watts of heating power. It offers 20 hold settings ranging from 90° to 440°F, ensuring precise temperature control for various food items. The LED power and temperature display, along with a knob-set thermostat control and a touch-sensitive control box framed in stainless steel, provide user-friendly operation. Additional features include an on/off touchpad with an indicator light, over/under voltage protection, and mobility with 5" grey wheels.
