It features a central holding/warming induction unit, crafted with a stylish wood veneer and a Trend glass/stone countertop. The solid wood molding adds durability, while the open cabinet design includes both middle and bottom shelves for ample storage. Equipped with advanced SmartScan® technology, the induction unit boasts a 5mm thick tempered glass cook-top and delivers 650 watts of heating power. It offers 20 adjustable hold settings ranging from 90°F to 440°F, ensuring precise temperature control. The LED power and temperature display, along with a knob-set thermostat control, provides user-friendly operation. The touch-sensitive control box, framed in stainless steel, features an on/off touchpad with an indicator light for easy monitoring. Safety is prioritized with over/under voltage protection.
