It features two strategically positioned holding and warming induction units on the left and right sides. This unit includes an open cabinet with both middle and bottom shelves for ample storage. The tapered corner supports enhance stability and style. The induction units are equipped with SmartScan® technology and a 5mm thick tempered glass cook-top, delivering 650 watts of heating power. With 20 adjustable hold settings ranging from 90° to 440°F, you can maintain optimal food temperatures with ease. The LED power and temperature display, along with a knob-set thermostat control, ensures precise operation. The touch-sensitive control box features a stainless steel frame and an on/off touchpad with an indicator light for user-friendly functionality.
