The Forbes Industries 5201-8-H4 Induction Hot Food Serving Counter is an 8 ft. rectangular table designed for efficient food service. It features four evenly spaced holding and warming induction units, ensuring optimal temperature maintenance for your dishes. The elegant wood veneer finish is complemented by a Trend glass/stone countertop and solid wood molding, providing a stylish yet functional appearance. This unit includes an open cabinet with both middle and bottom shelves for convenient storage. The tapered corner supports enhance stability and aesthetics. Each induction unit is equipped with SmartScan® technology and a 5mm thick tempered glass cook-top, offering durability and safety. Users can choose between power or temperature mode, with a temperature range of 90° to 440°F, easily monitored via the LED power/temp display. Control is simplified with a knob-set thermostat and a touch-sensitive control box framed in stainless steel. The on/off touchpad features an indicator light for easy operation. Additional safety features include over/under voltage protection. Mobility is facilitated by five grey wheels, making it easy to reposition as needed. This unit meets FCC, cETL, ETL-Sanitation, and NSF standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
