The Forbes Industries 5202-5-H1 Induction Hot Food Serving Counter is a 5 ft. rectangular table designed for efficient food service. It features a centrally positioned holding/warming induction unit, ensuring optimal temperature maintenance. The unit is crafted with a stylish wood veneer and a Trend glass/stone countertop, complemented by solid wood molding and tapered corner supports for durability and elegance. The induction unit is equipped with SmartScan® technology and a 5mm thick tempered glass cook-top, offering both power and temperature modes with a range of 90° to 440°F. The LED power and temperature display, along with a knob-set thermostat control, provides precise temperature management. The touch-sensitive control box, framed in stainless steel, includes an on/off touchpad with an indicator light for easy operation. Safety features include over/under voltage protection, ensuring reliable performance. The 3-sided cabinet design includes middle and bottom shelves for ample storage. Mobility is enhanced with 5" grey wheels, making it easy to reposition as needed. The unit meets FCC, cETL, ETL-Sanitation, and NSF standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
