The Forbes Industries 5202-8-H4 Induction Hot Food Serving Counter is an 8-foot rectangular table designed for efficient food service. It features four evenly spaced holding and warming induction units, ensuring optimal temperature maintenance for your dishes. The elegant wood veneer construction is complemented by a Trend glass/stone countertop and solid wood molding, providing a sophisticated look. This counter includes a three-sided cabinet with both middle and bottom shelves for ample storage. The tapered corner supports enhance stability and style. Each induction unit is equipped with SmartScan® technology and a 5mm thick tempered glass cooktop, offering durability and safety. Users can choose between power or temperature mode, with a temperature range of 90° to 440°F, easily monitored via the LED power/temperature display. Control is simplified with a knob-set thermostat and a touch-sensitive control box framed in stainless steel. The on/off touchpad features an indicator light for easy operation. Additional safety features include over/under voltage protection.
