The Forbes Industries 5203-5-C2 Induction Hot Food Serving Counter is a versatile and stylish solution for food service needs. This 5 ft. rectangular table features two cooking induction units positioned on the left and right for efficient food preparation. The elegant wood veneer finish is complemented by a Trend glass/stone countertop, while solid wood molding adds durability and sophistication. The enclosed cabinet includes doors and offers both middle and bottom shelves for ample storage. Tapered corner supports enhance stability and design aesthetics. The induction units are equipped with SmartScan® technology and a 5mm thick tempered glass cook-top, ensuring safety and performance. Users can choose between power or temperature mode, with a temperature range of 90° to 440°F, easily monitored via the LED power/temp display. Control is intuitive with a knob-set thermostat and a touch-sensitive control box framed in stainless steel. The on/off touchpad features an indicator light for convenience. Safety is prioritized with over/under voltage protection. Mobility is facilitated by five 5" grey wheels, making it easy to reposition as needed.
