The Forbes Industries 5203-6-C2 Induction Hot Food Serving Counter is a versatile and stylish solution for food service needs. This 6 ft. rectangular table features two cooking induction units positioned on the left and right for efficient meal preparation. The elegant wood veneer finish is complemented by a Trend glass/stone countertop and solid wood molding, ensuring a professional appearance. The enclosed cabinet includes convenient doors and offers both middle and bottom shelves for ample storage. Tapered corner supports enhance stability and design aesthetics. The induction units are equipped with SmartScan® technology and a 5mm thick tempered glass cook-top, providing durability and safety. Users can select between power or temperature modes, with a temperature range of 90° - 440°F. The LED power and temperature display, along with a knob-set thermostat control and touch-sensitive control box framed in stainless steel, ensure ease of use. An on/off touchpad with an indicator light and over/under voltage protection add to the unit's safety features. Mobility is facilitated by five 5" grey wheels, making it easy to reposition as needed. The product meets FCC, cETL, ETL-Sanitation, and NSF standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
