The Forbes Industries 5203-6-H3 Induction Hot Food Serving Counter is a 6 ft. rectangular table designed for efficient food service. It features three evenly spaced holding and warming induction units equipped with SmartScan® technology, ensuring optimal temperature control. The unit offers 20 hold temperature settings ranging from 90°F to 440°F, with the option to display temperatures in either °F or °C. The induction units are controlled via a knob-set thermostat and a touch-sensitive control box housed in a durable stainless steel frame. An on/off touchpad with an indicator light enhances usability, while over/under voltage protection ensures safety during operation. The elegant wood veneer finish, complemented by a Trend glass/stone countertop and solid wood molding, adds a sophisticated touch to any setting. The enclosed cabinet features doors and includes middle and bottom shelves for ample storage.
