The Forbes Industries 5203-8-H1 Induction Hot Food Serving Counter is an 8 ft. rectangular table designed for efficient food service. It features a central holding and warming induction unit, ensuring optimal temperature control for your dishes. The unit is crafted with a stylish wood veneer finish and a Trend glass/stone countertop, complemented by solid wood molding for durability and elegance. This serving counter includes an enclosed cabinet with doors, providing ample storage with middle and bottom shelves. The tapered corner supports enhance stability and aesthetics. The induction unit is equipped with SmartScan® technology and offers 20 hold temperature settings ranging from 90°F to 440°F, with temperature display options in either °F or °C. Control is user-friendly with an LED power and temperature display, a knob-set thermostat, and a touch-sensitive control box framed in stainless steel. The on/off touchpad features an indicator light for easy operation. Safety is prioritized with over/under voltage protection. Mobility is facilitated by five 5" grey wheels, making it easy to reposition as needed. The unit operates on 110-120v/60/1-ph, with a power rating of 650 watts and 15 amps.
