The Forbes Industries 5206-5-C2 Induction Hot Food Serving Counter is a versatile and stylish solution for food service operations. This 5 ft. rectangular table features two cooking induction units positioned on the left and right for efficient food preparation. The elegant wood veneer construction is complemented by a Trend glass/stone countertop, providing a modern aesthetic. Designed for functionality, the open cabinet includes a bottom shelf for additional storage. The straight corner supports and four fixed corner bumpers enhance stability and safety. Each induction unit is equipped with SmartScan® technology and a 5mm thick tempered glass cook-top, ensuring durability and ease of use. Users can select between power or temperature modes, with a temperature range of 90° to 440°F. The LED power and temperature display, along with knob-set thermostat control and a touch-sensitive control box framed in stainless steel, offer intuitive operation. The on/off touchpad features an indicator light for clear visibility. Safety is prioritized with over/under voltage protection. Mobility is facilitated by five grey wheels, making it easy to reposition the serving counter as needed. The unit meets FCC, cETL, ETL-Sanitation, and NSF standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
