Description
The Forbes Industries 5206-6-H1 Induction Hot Food Serving Counter is a versatile 6 ft. rectangular table designed for efficient food service. It features a centrally positioned holding/warming induction unit, ensuring optimal temperature control for your dishes. The elegant wood veneer construction is complemented by a Trend glass/stone countertop, providing a stylish yet functional surface. This unit includes an open cabinet with a bottom shelf for additional storage, and its straight corner supports enhance stability. Four fixed corner bumpers protect the unit and surrounding surfaces. The induction unit is equipped with SmartScan® technology and offers 20 hold temperature settings ranging from 90°F to 440°F, with temperature display options in either °F or °C. Control is user-friendly with an LED power/temp display, knob-set thermostat, and a touch-sensitive control box housed in a durable stainless steel frame. The on/off touchpad features an indicator light for easy operation. Safety is prioritized with over/under voltage protection. Mobility is facilitated by five 5" grey wheels, making it easy to reposition as needed. The unit operates on 110-120v/60/1-ph, with a power rating of 650 watts and 15 amps, and is compliant with NEMA 5-15P, FCC, cETL, ETL-Sanitation, and NSF standards.
