The Forbes Industries 5206-6-H2 Induction Hot Food Serving Counter is a versatile 6 ft. rectangular table designed for efficient food service. It features two strategically positioned holding and warming induction units on the left and right sides, ensuring optimal temperature maintenance. The elegant wood veneer construction is complemented by a Trend glass/stone countertop, providing a stylish yet functional surface. This unit includes an open cabinet with a bottom shelf for convenient storage, and its straight corner supports enhance stability. The four fixed corner bumpers protect against wear and tear. The induction units are equipped with SmartScan® technology, offering 20 adjustable hold temperature settings ranging from 90°F to 440°F, with temperature displays available in both °F and °C. User-friendly features include an LED power and temperature display, a knob-set thermostat control, and a touch-sensitive control box housed in a durable stainless steel frame. The on/off touchpad includes an indicator light for easy operation, while over/under voltage protection ensures safety during use. Mobility is facilitated by five 5-inch grey wheels. The unit operates on 110-120v/60/1-ph, consuming 650 watts and 15 amps, and is compliant with NEMA 5-15P, FCC, cETL, ETL-Sanitation, and NSF standards.
