The Forbes Industries 5206-8-C2 Induction Hot Food Serving Counter is an 8 ft. rectangular table designed for efficient food service. It features two cooking induction units positioned on the left and right sides, ensuring optimal cooking performance. The elegant wood veneer construction is complemented by a Trend glass/stone countertop, providing a stylish yet functional surface. This unit includes an open cabinet with a bottom shelf for convenient storage, and its straight corner supports enhance stability. The four fixed corner bumpers protect the unit and surrounding surfaces. The induction units are equipped with SmartScan® technology and a 5mm thick tempered glass cook-top, offering durability and safety. Users can choose between power or temperature mode, with a temperature range of 90° to 440°F. The LED power and temperature display, along with a knob-set thermostat control, allows for precise cooking adjustments. The touch-sensitive control box features a stainless steel frame and an on/off touchpad with an indicator light for easy operation.
