Description
The Forbes Industries 5206-8-H1 Induction Hot Food Serving Counter is an 8 ft. rectangular table designed for efficient food service. It features a central holding/warming induction unit, crafted with a stylish wood veneer and a Trend glass/stone countertop. The open cabinet design includes a bottom shelf for additional storage, while straight corner supports and four fixed corner bumpers enhance stability and safety. The induction unit is equipped with SmartScan® technology, offering 20 adjustable hold temperature settings ranging from 90°F to 440°F, with temperature display options in either °F or °C. The LED power and temperature display ensures easy monitoring, complemented by a knob-set thermostat control for precise adjustments. The touch-sensitive control box, housed in a durable stainless steel frame, includes an on/off touchpad with an indicator light for user-friendly operation. Safety features include over/under voltage protection, and the unit is mobile with 5" grey wheels for easy maneuverability. Operating at 110-120v/60/1-ph with a power output of 650 watts and 15 amps, it meets NEMA 5-15P standards and is certified by FCC, cETL, ETL-Sanitation, and NSF, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
