The Forbes Industries 5206-8-H3 Induction Hot Food Serving Counter is an 8 ft. rectangular table designed for efficient food service. It features three evenly spaced holding and warming induction units, ensuring optimal temperature control for your dishes. The elegant wood veneer construction is complemented by a Trend glass/stone countertop, providing a stylish yet functional surface. This unit includes an open cabinet with a bottom shelf for convenient storage and straight corner supports for stability. It is equipped with four fixed corner bumpers for added protection. The induction units utilize SmartScan® technology, offering 20 hold temperature settings ranging from 90°F to 440°F, with temperature display options in either °F or °C. Control is user-friendly with an LED power and temperature display, knob-set thermostat, and a touch-sensitive control box housed in a durable stainless steel frame. The on/off touchpad features an indicator light for easy operation. Safety is prioritized with over/under voltage protection. Mobility is facilitated by five grey wheels, making it easy to reposition as needed. The unit operates on 110-120v/60/1-ph, with a power rating of 650 watts and 15 amps, and meets FCC, cETL, ETL-Sanitation, and NSF standards.
