The Forbes Industries 5210-5-H2 Induction Hot Food Serving Counter is a 5 ft. rectangular table designed for efficient food service. It features two strategically positioned holding and warming induction units on the left and right sides. The elegant wood veneer construction is complemented by a Trend glass/stone countertop and a stylish curved front cabinet. Key features include SmartScan® technology for precise cooking, a durable 5mm thick tempered glass cooktop, and the flexibility of power or temperature mode settings ranging from 90° to 440°F. The LED power and temperature display ensures easy monitoring, while the knob-set thermostat control and touch-sensitive control box with a stainless steel frame provide user-friendly operation. An on/off touchpad with an indicator light enhances convenience, and built-in over/under voltage protection ensures safety during use. The unit is equipped with 5" grey wheels for easy mobility and meets FCC, cETL, ETL-Sanitation, and NSF standards for quality and safety.
