The Forbes Industries 5220-5-C2 Induction Hot Food Serving Counter is a versatile and efficient solution for food service operations. This 5 ft. rectangular table features two cooking induction units positioned on the left and right for optimal functionality. The laminate tabletop provides a durable and easy-to-clean surface, while the flip-top nesting base allows for convenient storage and transport. Constructed with a robust stainless steel frame, this induction table is designed for longevity and stability. The induction units are equipped with SmartScan® technology and a 5mm thick tempered glass cook-top, ensuring even heating and safety. Users can choose between power or temperature mode, with a temperature range of 90° to 440°F, allowing for precise cooking control. The LED power and temperature display, along with the knob-set thermostat control, make operation straightforward. A touch-sensitive control box with a stainless steel frame includes an on/off touchpad with an indicator light for easy monitoring. Additional safety features include over/under voltage protection. The unit is mobile, thanks to 3" chrome hooded casters, and meets FCC, cETL, ETL-Sanitation, and NSF standards for quality and safety.
