The Forbes Industries 5220-6-H3 Induction Hot Food Serving Counter is a versatile 6 ft. rectangular table designed for efficient food service. It features three evenly spaced holding and warming induction units, ensuring optimal food temperature maintenance. The laminate tabletop provides a durable and easy-to-clean surface, while the flip-top nesting base allows for convenient storage and mobility. Constructed with a robust stainless steel frame, this serving counter is built to withstand the demands of a busy kitchen. The induction units are equipped with SmartScan® technology and a 5mm thick tempered glass cook-top, offering both safety and performance. Users can select between power or temperature modes, with a temperature range of 90° to 440°F, easily monitored via the LED power/temp display. Control is simplified with a knob-set thermostat and a touch-sensitive control box, featuring an on/off touchpad with an indicator light for clear operation. Additional safety features include over/under voltage protection. The unit is mobile, supported by 3" chrome hooded casters, and meets FCC, cETL, ETL-Sanitation, and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for any food service environment.
