It features a centrally located cooking induction unit equipped with SmartScan® technology for precise cooking. The 5mm thick tempered glass cook-top ensures durability and easy cleaning. Users can choose between power or temperature mode, with a temperature range of 90° to 440°F, allowing for versatile cooking options. The LED power and temperature display, along with a knob-set thermostat control, provides intuitive operation. The touch-sensitive control box is framed in stainless steel and includes an on/off touchpad with an indicator light for added convenience. Safety features include over/under voltage protection. The table is supported by a sturdy stainless steel frame and is mobile, thanks to 3" chrome hooded casters. It meets FCC, cETL, ETL-Sanitation, and NSF standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
