It features a central holding and warming induction unit equipped with SmartScan® technology for precise temperature control. The 5mm thick tempered glass cook-top allows for easy cleaning and durability. Users can choose between power or temperature mode, with a temperature range of 90° to 440°F, ensuring optimal food warmth. The LED power and temperature display, along with a knob-set thermostat control, provide intuitive operation. A touch-sensitive control box with a stainless steel frame includes an on/off touchpad with an indicator light for added convenience. The unit is built with a sturdy stainless steel frame and a laminate tabletop, complemented by 3" chrome hooded casters for mobility.
