The Forbes Industries 5220-8-H4 Induction Hot Food Serving Counter is an 8 ft. rectangular table designed for efficient food service. It features four evenly spaced holding and warming induction units, ensuring optimal temperature maintenance for your dishes. The laminate tabletop provides a durable and easy-to-clean surface, while the flip-top nesting base allows for convenient storage and mobility. Constructed with a robust stainless steel frame, this serving counter is built to withstand the demands of a busy kitchen. The induction units are equipped with SmartScan® technology and a 5mm thick tempered glass cook-top, offering both safety and performance. Users can choose between power or temperature mode, with a temperature range of 90° to 440°F, allowing for precise cooking control. The LED power and temperature display, along with a knob-set thermostat control, ensures easy operation. The touch-sensitive control box features a stainless steel frame and an on/off touchpad with an indicator light for added convenience. Safety features include over/under voltage protection. The unit is mobile, supported by 3" chrome hooded casters, and meets FCC, cETL, ETL-Sanitation, and NSF standards for quality and safety.
