The fryer includes a rack-type basket support with twin baskets and a filter starter kit, ensuring optimal frying performance. An 8 GPM pump enhances filtration speed, while the bottom splash shield maintains a clean workspace. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the frypot, door, and cabinet sides ensure longevity and easy maintenance.
