The Frymaster 4FQE30U is an advanced electric fryer battery designed for high-volume frying. Each of the four fry pots has a generous 30 lb. capacity, making it ideal for busy kitchens. The built-in automatic filtration system ensures oil quality and extends its life, while the FilterQuick 4000 "Easy Touch" controller simplifies operation with features like auto top-off. This fryer includes a rack-type basket support, twin baskets, and a filter starter kit for seamless frying. The oil management package features bulk oil setup and frypot covers, along with an 8 GPM pump for efficient oil circulation. Constructed with stainless steel front and sides, it offers durability and easy cleaning.
