Equipped with the advanced SMART4U® 3000 controller, the FPGL230CA offers precise temperature control and easy operation. The electronic ignition and auto top-off features enhance usability, making it a reliable choice for busy kitchens. Included with the fryer are a rack-type back support, basket hanger, twin baskets, and a filter starter kit, providing everything needed for immediate use. The stainless steel frypot, door, and cabinet sides ensure durability and easy cleaning, while adjustable casters facilitate mobility. With a powerful output of 140,000 BTU, this fryer is CSA and NSF certified, as well as ENERGY STAR® and Enerlogic® rated, making it an energy-efficient option for commercial kitchens.
