The Frymaster FPPH355 is a high-efficiency gas fryer battery designed for optimal performance in commercial kitchens. Featuring three 50 lb. capacity frypots, this fryer ensures ample cooking space for large batches. Its open pot design allows for easy access and cleaning, while the built-in filtration system maintains oil quality for longer-lasting use. The automatic melt cycle and boil-out temperature control enhance usability, ensuring precise cooking results. Equipped with electronic ignition and a center-mounted RTD, the fryer provides reliable temperature management with a 1° compensating temperature probe for accuracy. Included accessories such as rack-type basket support, basket hanger, and twin baskets streamline the frying process. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the frypots, doors, and cabinet ensure longevity and easy maintenance. With a powerful output of 240,000 BTU, the Frymaster FPPH355 is NSF, CSA, and cCSAus certified, and meets ENERGY STAR® and Enerlogic® standards for energy efficiency.
