This fryer includes a rack-type basket support, basket hanger, flue deflector, and two twin baskets for versatile frying options. Constructed with a durable stainless steel frypot and door, along with aluminized sides, it is built to withstand heavy use. The fryer is mounted on casters for easy mobility and has a powerful output of 122,000 BTU.
