The Frymaster LHD165 is a high-capacity gas fryer designed for commercial kitchens, featuring a robust 100 lb. capacity. Its low flue temperature and thermo tube-type design ensure efficient heat distribution for optimal frying results. The full frypot allows for maximum cooking volume, while the electronic ignition provides reliable startup. This model includes basket support racks and basket hangers with a flue deflector for added convenience. The 11" plate shelf offers extra workspace, and the stainless steel construction of the frypot, door, front, and sides ensures durability and easy cleaning. With a powerful output of 105,000 BTU, this fryer meets CSA and NSF standards and is ENERGY STAR® certified for energy efficiency.
