The EZSpark™ ignitor simplifies the ignition process, while the thermostat knob conveniently located behind the front panel enhances user accessibility. This fryer includes over-the-flue basket hangers and comes with a rack-type basket support, two twin baskets, and a flue deflector for optimal frying efficiency. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the frypot, door, and cabinet ensure longevity and easy maintenance. With a powerful output of 122,000 BTU, the Frymaster MJ150 meets NSF, CSA Flame, cCSAus, and CSA Star standards, making it a reliable choice for any busy kitchen environment.
