This floor model features a dual 40 lb. oil capacity with an open frypot design, ensuring efficient frying for large batches. Equipped with a millivolt controller and a centerline fast-action temperature probe, it provides precise temperature management for optimal cooking results. The EZSpark™ ignitor simplifies the ignition process, while the thermostat knob conveniently located behind the front panel allows for easy adjustments. The fryer includes over-the-flue basket hangers and a rack-type basket support for enhanced functionality. It comes with two twin baskets and covers, along with a flue deflector for improved safety and efficiency. Constructed with a durable stainless steel frypot, door, and cabinet, the Frymaster MJ240 is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. With a powerful output of 220,000 BTU, this fryer meets NSF, CSA Flame, cCSAus, and CSA Star standards, making it a reliable choice for any food service operation.
