The Frymaster MJ250 is a high-performance gas fryer designed for commercial kitchens. This floor model features a dual 50 lb. oil capacity with an open frypot design, ensuring efficient frying for large batches. Equipped with a millivolt controller and a centerline fast-action temperature probe, it allows for precise temperature management. The EZSpark™ ignitor simplifies the ignition process, while the thermostat knob is conveniently located behind the front panel for easy access. The fryer includes over-the-flue basket hangers and comes with a rack-type basket support, two twin baskets, and a flue deflector for optimal frying performance. Constructed with a durable stainless steel frypot, door, and cabinet, the Frymaster MJ250 is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. With a powerful output of 244,000 BTU, this fryer meets NSF, CSA Flame, cCSAus, and CSA Star standards, making it a reliable choice for any food service operation.
