It includes an automatic melt cycle and boil-out temperature control for easy maintenance and consistent results. The electronic ignition ensures reliable startup, while the center-mounted RTD and 1° compensating temperature probe provide precise temperature management. This fryer comes equipped with a rack-type basket support, basket hanger, and twin baskets for efficient frying. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the frypot, door, and cabinet ensure longevity and easy cleaning.
