The Frymaster SCFHD360G is a high-performance gas fryer designed for commercial kitchens. This multiple battery fryer features three 80 lb. frypots, each equipped with built-in filtration for optimal oil management. Its tube-type design ensures efficient heat transfer, while the automatic melt cycle simplifies operation. The boil-out temperature control allows for precise cleaning, and the electronic ignition provides reliable startup. Included with the fryer are a rack-type basket support, basket hanger, and twin baskets for versatile frying options. Safety is prioritized with a drain safety switch, and the durable stainless steel construction of the frypot, front, door, and cabinet sides ensures longevity. With a powerful output of 375,000 BTU, this fryer meets NSF and CSA standards and incorporates Enerlogic® technology for enhanced energy efficiency.
