The FWE ASU-10 Air Curtain Refrigerator is a mobile, bottom-mount unit designed for efficient food storage and display. It features a self-contained refrigeration system with a capacity for either (20) 14" x 18" trays or (10) 18" x 26" trays, ensuring ample space for your needs. The removable tray slides are set at a 4-1/2" on-center spacing for easy access and organization. Equipped with an adjustable thermostat, this refrigerator maintains optimal temperatures for up to 4 hours even with the door open, making it ideal for busy environments. The digital display allows for precise monitoring of internal conditions. The unit includes one solid hinged door and a full perimeter bumper for added protection. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the FWE ASU-10 is built to withstand the rigors of commercial use. It is mounted on 6" casters, with two rigid and two swivel wheels featuring brakes for easy mobility and stability. Powered by a 1/2 HP compressor, this refrigerator meets NSF, cULus, and UL EPH classification standards, ensuring safety and reliability in food service applications.
