The FWE E-1200-XL Heated Banquet Cabinet is designed for efficient food service, accommodating 120 to 144 covered plates with a maximum diameter of 12-3/8 inches. It features electric forced air heat for consistent temperature control, ensuring your dishes remain warm and ready to serve. The cabinet includes two doors that open a full 270 degrees for easy access, along with recessed push handles for convenient maneuverability. Inside, you'll find three durable shelves made from 20 gauge stainless steel on the exterior and 22 gauge stainless steel on the interior, providing a robust and hygienic environment for food storage. The unit is equipped with a slide-out drawer for canned heat, enhancing versatility in heating options.
