Description
The FWE ETC-1826-11INS is an enclosed transport cabinet designed for efficient food storage and transport. This intermediate height, non-heated cabinet features insulation to maintain food quality. It includes 11 removable slides fixed at 3-inch on-center spacing, accommodating either 11 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 22 half-size 14" x 18" pans. Constructed with a durable 20 gauge stainless steel exterior and a 22 gauge stainless steel interior, it ensures longevity and easy cleaning. The cabinet is equipped with push bar handles for easy maneuverability and 5-inch casters, featuring two rigid and two swivel wheels with brakes for stability.
