Description
The FWE ETC-1826-19 Enclosed Transport Cabinet is designed for efficient food storage and transport. This full-height cabinet features a non-heated and non-insulated design, making it ideal for holding food pans securely. It includes 19 removable slides fixed at 3-inch centers, accommodating either 19 pans of 18" x 26" or 38 pans of 14" x 18". The cabinet is constructed with durable stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, ensuring longevity and easy cleaning. It is equipped with an insulated door for added protection and features push bar handles for easy maneuverability. The cabinet rolls smoothly on 5-inch casters, with two rigid and two swivel casters that include brakes for stability. UL EPH Classified for safety and performance.
