Description
The FWE ETC-1826-19INS is a full-height enclosed transport cabinet designed for optimal food storage and transport. This non-heated, insulated cabinet features 19 removable slides fixed at 3-inch on-center spacing, accommodating either 19 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 38 half-size 14" x 18" pans. Constructed with a durable 20 gauge stainless steel exterior and a 22 gauge stainless steel interior, it ensures longevity and easy maintenance. The cabinet is equipped with push bar handles for convenient maneuverability and 5-inch casters, including two rigid and two swivel with brakes for stability. UL EPH Classified for safety and performance, this cabinet is ideal for commercial kitchens and food service operations.
