Description
The FWE ETC-1826-30 is a full-height enclosed transport cabinet designed for optimal food storage and transport. This non-heated and non-insulated cabinet features 30 removable slides, fixed at 3-inch on-center spacing, accommodating either 30 pans measuring 18" x 26" or 60 pans measuring 14" x 18". Constructed with durable stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, it ensures longevity and easy maintenance. The cabinet is equipped with two insulated doors for secure access, while push bar handles facilitate easy maneuverability. It rolls smoothly on 6-inch casters, featuring two rigid and four swivel wheels with brakes for stability. The FWE ETC-1826-30 is UL EPH Classified, ensuring it meets high standards for safety and performance.
