The FWE ETC-2333-18PH is a mobile proofer cabinet designed for optimal food preparation and storage. It features a removable stainless steel tray rack with fixed spacing for accommodating up to 18 donut screens, either 23" x 33" or 23" x 23". This unit includes a humidified proofer and heating system with an adjustable thermostat and separate controls for precise temperature management. The non-insulated cabinet is equipped with a clear Lexan door for easy visibility, while the stainless steel interior and exterior ensure durability and easy cleaning.
