Description
The FWE ETC-2333-5PH is a mobile proofer cabinet designed for optimal food preparation and holding. It features a removable stainless steel tray rack with fixed spacing of 3 feet on center, accommodating up to five donut screens in sizes of either 23" x 33" or 23" x 23". This unit includes a humidified proofer and heating system with an adjustable thermostat and separate controls for precise temperature management. The non-insulated cabinet is equipped with a clear Lexan door for easy visibility of contents and a removable water reservoir for convenient maintenance. Constructed with durable stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, the cabinet is supported by four 3.5-inch swivel casters with brakes for easy mobility and stability. The FWE ETC-2333-5PH meets UL, cUL, and NSF standards, ensuring safety and reliability in commercial kitchen environments.
