Description
The FWE ETC-2333-9PH is a mobile proofer and heater cabinet designed for optimal food preparation. It features a removable stainless steel tray rack with fixed spacing of 3 inches on center, accommodating up to nine donut screens in sizes of 23" x 33" or 23" x 23". The humidified proofer/heating system ensures consistent temperature and moisture control, while the adjustable thermostat and separate controls allow for precise settings. The cabinet is constructed with a non-insulated design and includes a clear Lexan door for easy visibility. A removable water reservoir simplifies maintenance, and the stainless steel interior and exterior provide durability and easy cleaning. The unit is equipped with five casters—two rigid and two swivel with brakes—for enhanced mobility. Certified by UL, cUL, and NSF, this proofer cabinet meets high standards for safety and performance.
