Description
The FWE ETC-UA-14INS is an enclosed transport cabinet designed for optimal food storage and transport. This half-height cabinet features insulation to maintain temperature, accommodating up to 14 removable and adjustable universal tray slides spaced 4-1/2" on center. It has the capacity to hold either 14 bun pans measuring 18" x 26" or 28 food pans measuring 12" x 20". Constructed with a durable 20 gauge stainless steel exterior and a 22 gauge stainless steel interior, this cabinet ensures longevity and easy maintenance. It includes two doors for convenient access and push bar handles for effortless maneuverability. The cabinet is UL EPH Classified, ensuring it meets rigorous safety and sanitation standards.
