The FWE ETC-UA-6PH is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for versatility and efficiency in food service environments. This half-height cabinet features six pairs of universal tray slides, accommodating either six 18" x 26" trays or twelve 12" x 20" trays, with adjustable spacing at 4-1/2" on 1-1/2" increments. Equipped with a humidified proofer and heating system, it ensures optimal temperature and humidity control, thanks to its adjustable thermostat and separate controls. The cabinet is constructed with a stainless steel interior and exterior for durability and easy cleaning. It includes one insulated door with a recessed hand grip for convenient access and a removable water reservoir for hassle-free maintenance.
