Description
The FWE HDC-200-11 Heated Dish Storage Cart is designed for efficient food service, accommodating up to 200 11" plates. It features an adjustable thermostat with a temperature range of 100°F to 202°F, ensuring optimal food holding conditions. The cart is fully enclosed and insulated to maintain heat, while the sliding top provides easy access. It includes two flush-mounted flip-down doors for convenient loading and unloading. Constructed from durable stainless steel, this cart is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It is equipped with four 5" swivel casters with brakes for easy maneuverability and stability.
