The FWE HLC-16 is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for versatility and efficiency. Standing at 33-1/2” high, this undercounter unit features two insulated compartments, ensuring optimal temperature retention. The recessed front controls allow for easy adjustments with an adjustable thermostat for precise temperature management. Equipped with a pair of removable stainless steel racks, the cabinet accommodates various depth pan sizes and GN containers, with fixed spacing of 2-5/8". The durable stainless steel insulated door is complemented by heavy-duty die-cast hinges for enhanced longevity. Constructed with a 20-gauge polished exterior and a 22-gauge stainless steel interior, this cabinet is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. Mobility is made easy with 3-1/2” all swivel casters, allowing for effortless repositioning. The FWE HLC-16 meets UL, NSF, cULus, UL EPH Classified, and IPX4 standards, and is ENERGY STAR® certified, making it an efficient choice for any food service operation.
