Description
The FWE HLC-1W6-7H-7-HWR is a mobile electric heated serving and holding cabinet designed for efficient food service. With a compact 17" width, it features one deep well measuring 12" x 20" x 6-1/2" and accommodates up to seven 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans, providing ample space for various dishes. The cabinet is equipped with a radiant heat system and individual thermostatic controls, allowing for precise temperature management. Its adjustable thermostat ensures optimal food holding conditions. The insulated design maintains heat effectively, while the flush-mounted hinged door offers easy access. Constructed with durable stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, it is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen.
