Description
The FWE HLC-2127-6-6 is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficient food storage and service. Featuring a split cavity design, this cabinet includes three removable shelves per compartment, accommodating up to twelve 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans in each section. The 1-3/8" fixed spacing allows for versatile arrangement of food items. Equipped with a radiant heat system, the cabinet ensures consistent temperature maintenance, while adjustable thermostats and separate electronic controls provide precise temperature management. The insulated construction enhances energy efficiency, and the stainless steel interior and exterior ensure durability and easy cleaning.
