Description
The FWE HLC-2W6-7H-14-HWR is a mobile electric serving counter designed for efficient hot food service. It features a compact 35"W design with two deep wells measuring 12" x 20" x 6-1/2", accommodating a total of 14 pans sized 12" x 20" x 2-1/2". The cabinet offers 2-5/8" fixed spacing for optimal organization and is insulated to maintain food temperature. Equipped with a radiant heat system, it includes individual thermostatic controls and an adjustable thermostat for precise temperature management. The unit is constructed with durable stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, ensuring longevity and easy cleaning. It features two flush-mounted hinged doors for easy access and is supported by 5" casters, with two rigid and two swivel casters equipped with brakes for stability.
